• Turnkey Services – We offer single source responsibility for projects to ensure that we meet the full needs of the project. HPC will be fully responsibility from the initial design phase through the final startup and commissioning of the project.
• Consulting Services – with the evolution of opportunity fuels, and with the use of our vast database of liquid and gaseous fuels, Hamworthy Peabody Combustion can assist you with utilizing fuel resources from your facility. From waste gas to waste liquids, we can assist with turning these waste streams into safe fuel sources and bottom line savings for your plant.
• Modeling – Highly efficient combustion requires proper mixing of the fuel and air streams. Physical and CFD modeling provides predictable parameters for this purpose, allows for greater efficiency of operation, fuel cost savings and also lower CO₂ footprint operation.
• Installation Supervision – Designing and engineering a project is a key facet of safe and reliable combustion system design. But the results in the field illustrate the true value of the project. Hamworthy Peabody’s expertly trained Service Engineers provide the true benefit of start and commissioning of our products, and also provide efficient site management for all turnkey installations.
• Start-Up / Training / Maintenance – Upgrading combustion systems can sometimes be challenging for equipment that has been operating for many years. Our in-house engineering and service engineering staff recognize that modifications to operations can be difficult. We understand this fully and provide assistance with this to ensure a seamless transition to the new equipment and allow operators and plant staff to become fully trained on the new Hamworthy Peabody combustion systems.
• Replacement Parts – All equipment, regardless of use or industry, requires regular inspection and maintenance. Replacement parts from Hamworthy Peabody allow your combustion equipment to maintain the safe and reliable operation for many years to come. We can notify you of upgrades to your existing equipment to further your operation to achieve better efficiency and reliability.
